Lean Manufacturing CareersWe are always interested in speaking with lean professionals. We seek practitioners who have hands-on experience, having fulfilled senior management roles for at least 10 years during their employer’s lean transformation.Your company choose top mentors to assist in TPS implementation, preferably from the Shingijitsu organization.While not standard lean tools, we expect our team members to be fully competent with standard Microsoft office software such as PowerPoint, Visio, Excel, etc… as client needs vary and this knowledge can be useful.You have a bachelors degree in engineering or business, preferably an MBA from a top 50 university. At gembutsu, we do not have all the answers. However, through continuous improvement, we seek the unattainable goal of perfection in everything we do. As a member of our team, we welcome your knowledge and approach and look forward to sharing our own experiences, which combined, will shape gembutsu’s future growth. Work-life balance is an important part of our long-term success. Typically, we assign consultants to about 26 weeks of travel per year.
